The story so far, The multi talented 24 year old stems from the gritty streets of Clarendon Jamaica where he spent his days as a sugar cane merchant by day and a sound man by night along with his father of the ‘Shining Star Sound’ to help support his family. It was these humble upbringings that taught young Randy Valentine how to adjust and make whatever given to him work to the fullest

Although classified as a Jamaican vocalist, the versatile singer song-writing phenomenon is capable of adjusting not only his tone but also his accent to suite any genre of music, separating him from all others in his genre, giving him a worldwide appeal.

He recently supported one of JAMAICA’S biggest artiste BUSY SIGNAL on his tour in GAMBIA performing in-front of 60,000 people in the NATIONAL STADIUM.

He recently featured on a number of songs with Ghana’s hottest artists RUFF N SMOOTH and has recently toured with the duo up and down the UK and with collaborations with other top Jamaican acts such as Assassin, Gyptian, Yammi Bolo to name a few, this relatively unknown Mellow magician is quickly becoming a mega Star.

Mr Valentine is part of the J.O.A.T (JACK OF ALL TRADEZ) production company and is currently collaborating with the SNAPP team to perfect his sound even further

As a Dj Randy Valentine transforms to an alter ego called DJ Kwes and is highly sought after by promoters due to his natural inclination to sound and crowd reactions. Playing along side some of the biggest djs in the UK such as DJ Ace of bbc 1xtra Kwes secured his first residency after just one set at the ever popular Fridge Bar in London.
